Vendor Completion Capture: Tally Form → Ticket Closure + Client SMS + Follow-Up Ticket Generation

Problem: When vendors finished a service visit, the completion was captured on paper or email, forcing staff to update the service ticket, the opportunity, the vendor record, and the client notification by hand, with follow-up tickets slipping whenever the completion wasn't fully satisfied.

Solution: Built a Make.com scenario (12. Capture Vendor Completion) triggered by a Tally completion form. On submit it searches for the Opportunity Ticket in Airtable, gets the linked Service Ticket, and routes through two Skip filters so only valid tickets continue. On a valid completion it creates the Completion Record, marks the Service Ticket complete, marks the Opportunity Ticket complete, gets the Vendor and the Client, parses the client phone number, sends the Send Client SMS confirmation, creates a Log Communication record, logs the Vendor Engagement, then runs a final Router that either creates a Follow-Up Ticket (when the completion wasn't fully satisfied) or sends a Quo SMS acknowledgement to the client.

Result: Every vendor completion now closes both the service and opportunity tickets, logs the engagement, notifies the client, and auto-generates a follow-up ticket when the job isn't fully satisfied, all from a single form submission.
