Vendor Auto-Match: Real-Time Vendor Search & Connection Workflow

Problem:

Manual matching of bank transactions with vendors was time-consuming and prone to errors

Solution:

Built an automated workflow in Airtable that checks new bank records against the Vendors table using Description and Reference fields

Result:
