Telegram Ads Assistant: AI Agent for Google Ads Campaign Management & Reporting via Telegram

Problem:

A marketing team managing multiple Google Ads accounts had no quick way to check campaign performance, retrieve ad account data, or get campaign-level insights without logging into the Google Ads dashboard, making real-time decision-making slow and disconnected from their daily communication tools.

Solution:

Built a Telegram-triggered n8n AI agent named BAX-FRANADS-ASSISTANT powered by OpenAI, equipped with four live tools: Get Ad Account IDs to retrieve all connected accounts, Google Ads (getAllCampaigns) to pull full campaign lists, Google Ads1 (getCampaign) to fetch specific campaign details, and Send Email to dispatch performance summaries via Gmail, all accessible by typing a natural language query directly in Telegram.

Result:

Gave the marketing team instant Google Ads visibility from Telegram, campaign data, account IDs, and performance summaries are now retrievable in seconds through a conversational interface, eliminating dashboard logins for routine reporting and enabling faster campaign decisions.
