RSS to Twitter Automation: AI-Powered Tweet Generation from Industry News Feeds → Auto-Publishing

Problem:

A brand wanted to stay active on Twitter by posting about relevant industry news and trending topics, but manually reading RSS feeds, extracting key insights, writing platform-appropriate tweets, and publishing them daily was too time-consuming to sustain consistently

Solution:

Built a Make.com scenario that pulls active RSS feed URLs from Google Sheets, retrieves the latest feed items, aggregates the content into a structured text block, passes it to OpenAI with a tweet generation prompt to produce concise, engaging Twitter posts based on the news content, stores the output back in Google Sheets for tracking, and publishes each generated tweet directly to Twitter via Buffer

Delivered a fully automated news-to-tweet pipeline that monitors industry RSS feeds, transforms raw article content into ready-to-publish tweets using AI, and posts them automatically, keeping the brand consistently active and relevant on Twitter without any manual content creation
