Revscale Social AI Agent: Media-Triggered Perplexity Research → AI Post Generation → Multi-Platform Publishing

Problem:

Revscale's marketing team was manually researching content topics, writing platform-specific social media posts, and publishing them individually across LinkedIn, Medium, Facebook, and X, a fragmented, time-consuming process that made consistent multi-platform publishing impossible to sustain alongside other responsibilities.

Solution:

Built an n8n social media automation triggered by new rows in a Media Links sheet, the workflow retrieves the latest media, sends it to the Perplexity API for live research and context enrichment, passes the enriched content through two parallel AI paths: an OpenAI Social Media Post Message Model that generates platform-optimized post copy, and a Groq-powered AI Agent for supplementary processing, the outputs are distributed simultaneously to LinkedIn (create post), Medium (create post), Facebook, X/Twitter, Slack, and Gmail, with inactive channels deactivated and ready to enable.

Result:

Delivered a fully automated social publishing system that researches, writes, and distributes content across six platforms simultaneously from a single media link input, replacing hours of manual multi-platform posting with a single sheet row addition.
