Revscale Inbound Email Agent Template: New Lead Qualification, HTML Response Generation & Thread Summarization

Problem:

Revscale needed a reusable inbound email agent template that could handle new lead submissions with pre-qualification questions, generate structured HTML email responses, and maintain conversation history summaries, without rebuilding the system from scratch for each new use case or client.

Solution:

Built a modular n8n inbound email agent template with three distinct operational layers, the New Submissions path filters incoming triggers, generates HTML-formatted responses and converts them from HTML to plain text for deliverability; the Continuing a Thread path routes ongoing conversations through pre-qualification question logic (adding qualifying questions when appropriate) and summarizes chat history using two dedicated summarization flows, one for active threads and one for completed exchanges, all built as a reusable template with clearly labeled sections for easy deployment.

Delivered a production-grade reusable inbound agent template that handles the full lead lifecycle from first contact to qualified conversation, with built-in pre-qualification, HTML email generation, and automatic thread summarization, enabling rapid deployment of consistent inbound email automation across multiple clients and use cases.
