Revscale Analytics Agent: Automated Weekly Google Analytics & Search Console Reporting with AI Insights

Problem:

Revscale's team was manually pulling Google Analytics page engagement stats, Google Search Console results, and country-level traffic data every week, comparing them to the prior week, and compiling reports, a time-consuming process that delayed insights and made consistent weekly reporting nearly impossible to maintain.

Solution: Built a scheduled n8n analytics workflow powered by the UBv3.5 Sax AI Agent, pulling this week and prior week data across three dimensions: page engagement stats, Google Search results, and country-level video views; parsing and formatting all data sets, restructuring traffic data by location, aggregating everything into a unified dataset, and passing it through an AI Analytics Agent (OpenAI + structured output parser) for intelligent week-over-week analysis, the final formatted report is then emailed automatically via Gmail every reporting cycle.

Result:

Delivered a fully automated weekly analytics reporting system that compares current and prior week performance across engagement, search, and geography, generating AI-written insights and emailing the complete formatted report on schedule, replacing hours of manual data pulling with zero-touch automated delivery.
