Real-Time Data Bridge: Airtable Custom Script → Zapier Webhook Integration

Problem:

Client data captured in Airtable had no way to automatically trigger downstream workflows in other platforms, requiring manual exports or copy-pasting contact details to initiate follow-up actions.

Solution:

Built a custom JavaScript automation script inside Airtable that extracts client fields (name, email, phone, firstName, lastName) from the automation trigger and instantly fires the data to a Zapier webhook URL, enabling real-time cross-platform workflow execution directly from a record event.

Result:

Eliminated all manual data handoffs between Airtable and Zapier, any record-level trigger now instantly pushes clean, structured client data downstream, activating multi-step Zapier workflows without any human intervention.
