Local Business Lead Finder: Form-Triggered AI Search Agent → Enriched Lead Delivery via Gmail

Problem:

A sales or agency team needed to find and qualify local business leads on demand, manually searching directories, extracting business information, and compiling prospect lists was too slow and inconsistent to support high-volume prospecting.

Solution:

Built a form-triggered n8n pipeline that takes a business search query, passes it through a Basic LLM Chain (OpenAI with structured output parsing) to generate an optimized search request, fires an HTTP request to a business search API, and passes the results to the RVSCL Mini Agent - Biz Search (OpenAI-powered tools agent) for intelligent lead analysis and qualification, the finalized lead intelligence is delivered automatically via Gmail.

Result:

Delivered an on-demand local business prospecting system that takes a search input and returns qualified, AI-enriched lead intelligence directly to the inbox, replacing hours of manual directory research with a single form submission.
