Kari — Live AI Website Chatbot: Conversational Agent with Session Memory & Team Notification System

Problem:

A business needed a live website chatbot that could hold context-aware conversations with visitors, remember what was discussed within a session, alert the internal team when important interactions occurred, and log every chat automatically, without any manual monitoring.

Solution:

Built an n8n AI agent named Kari deployed as a live website chat trigger, powered by a custom BB Kari v1.0.1 model with session memory to maintain conversation context across the full chat, equipped with two active tools: a Gmail-based NotifyTeam action that alerts the team on key interactions, and a LogChat tool that creates a record of every conversation automatically.

Result:

Delivered a production-ready AI website agent that handles visitor conversations intelligently, maintains context throughout each session, keeps the team informed in real time, and builds a searchable log of every interaction, all running live with zero manual oversight.
