Problem:

Solution:
Built a 6-step Zapier workflow triggered by a lead webhook. A Code step parses the raw payload with JavaScript, Google Sheets logs the lead as a new row, and a Filter gates which leads qualify for alerting. Qualifying leads fire a WhatsApp Business 'New Opportunity Alert' to the team, and a final Google Sheets step updates the row to record that the alert was sent.
Result:
The team now gets a WhatsApp ping within seconds of every qualifying lead, with each alert logged and stamped in the sheet for a complete notification trail.
