Client Onboarding System: Structured Intake Form & Fulfillment Workflow in ClickUp

Problem:

Client onboarding was handled through scattered emails and manual data collection, making it difficult to consistently gather legal details, access credentials, review links, and signed agreements before project kickoff.

Solution:

Built a native Clickup onboarding form embedded inside a Client Fulfillment workspace, capturing company info, main contact, website, GBP/Yelp/GMB review links, API keys, Slack channels, legal business details, authorized rep information, and file uploads for signed agreements and testimonial videos, all feeding directly into the project workspace with 8 automations running on submission.

Result:

Standardized the entire client intake process, 35 responses collected with zero manual follow-up, all data landing directly inside Clickup ready for the fulfillment team to action immediately.
