BB Analytics Agent: Conversational Google Analytics Assistant with On-Demand Report Delivery via Email

Problem:

A business team needed instant access to Google Analytics data without logging into the platform, pulling reports, checking performance metrics, and distributing findings via email required platform access and manual work every time a stakeholder needed an update.

Solution:

Built a chat-triggered n8n AI agent named BB Analytics Agent, powered by OpenAI, equipped with two live tools: a Google Analytics tool that pulls reports directly from the connected property on demand, and a Gmail tool that sends the report as an email message to any specified recipient, all accessible through a natural language chat interface with no dashboard login required.

Result:

Delivered a conversational analytics assistant that gives any team member instant access to Google Analytics data through a simple chat message, reports are pulled live and emailed automatically, making analytics accessible to the entire team without platform credentials or manual report building.
