Problem:

Responding to business-related email queries required manually searching through company information, which was time-consuming and often led to inconsistent or delayed responses

Solution:

Built an AI-powered n8n agent integrated with a Pinecone vector database containing the company’s knowledge base. When a new email arrives, the agent retrieves the most relevant information using vector search and generates an accurate reply automatically
