Solution:

Built 'Lisa,' a virtual receptionist on ElevenLabs Conversational AI with a HIPAA-conscious persona tuned for Milton's diverse patient population. The agent carries six tools — five custom webhooks (book_appointment, check_availability, search_single_appointment by eventId, reschedule_appointment, get_current_date) plus a system end_call — letting it check real calendar slots, book confirmed appointments, look up existing bookings, and reschedule them mid-conversation. The same architecture was replicated into demo agents (Kebab Shoppe, Chachee's) proving the pattern across industries.
